Who opts in

TimeX is a B2B workforce platform. Employees are first created in TimeX by their employer's administrator, then the employee personally completes the SMS consent step for their own mobile number before TimeX sends any non-requested SMS notifications.

How website opt-in works

  1. The employee opens the public registration page at https://app.gotimex.app/register.
  2. The page shows a dedicated, unchecked SMS consent checkbox. It is not bundled with a general Terms checkbox.
  3. The employee must actively check the box before the Continue to sign in button becomes enabled.
  4. Only after the employee checks the box and continues does TimeX start the sign-in flow and send SMS for authentication and future transactional notifications.

Exact consent language shown on the website

I agree to receive SMS messages from TimeX by Intellibyte Software Solutions LLC, including one-time passcodes and account notifications such as timesheet reminders and approval updates, at the mobile number I provide. Message frequency varies; typical users receive no more than 10 messages per week. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time or HELP for assistance.

Keyword opt-in

TimeX does not use keyword-based opt-in for this campaign. Users cannot subscribe by texting a keyword; consent is collected only through the website checkbox flow described above.
